Thomas Malloy is one of the most knowledgeable people with respect to CCW in Nevada, focusing on Clark County. He is currently working in the CCW Detail at the largest law enforcement agency in Southern Nevada and has been an integral part of that detail for over 14 years. Malloy has pushed to provide a safer firearms environment within his department while still defending the public’s 2nd Amendment rights. As an avid shooter from a young age, Malloy has a vast amount of knowledge and experience regarding firearms and shooting. Malloy is the son of an Air Force Fighter Pilot and understands discipline, attitude and pays extensive attention to details. Lastly, as the only hearing-impaired firearms instructor in Southern Nevada, he is determined to make firearm safety accessible to all levels and knowledge bases. This sets him apart from others in the field and gives him the opportunity to assist all in reaching their personal goals.
Malloy provides leadership to several local shooting groups, including being a founding member of ZERT, an international company, devoted to bringing professionalism to the gun culture. With his unique skill sets, Malloy has assisted individuals with hearing deficits, as well as the hearing, to obtain their Hunters Education card, CCW permit as well as successfully complete NRA courses. Countless times, Malloy has attended Camp Firefly, a camp for children with childhood cancer, and has volunteered and assisted with local deaf/hard-of-hearing events to include: picnics, get-togethers, and firearms safety seminars.

Paul Chaffee has been a firearms enthusiast for years! As a former Police Officer in Southern Nevada, Chaffee has a great deal of information and experience with firearms and weapons laws.
Devoted to his community, Chaffee has assisted with several charity shooting events to support children with cancer. Chaffee has assisted individuals in obtaining their Hunters Education card, CCW permit, NRA Range Safety Officer rating, as well as, other NRA classes. Chaffee’s business savvy has assisted in educating and support many Instructors develop and start their businesses. Chaffee was one of the inaugural camp counselors for Camp Firefly, a camp for children with childhood cancer, and participated in the camp for over 10 years. He is also very active on the UNLV campus mentoring business students and working with student life. Chaffee is the 2021 recipient of the Patrick T.C. Smith achievement if Service Award recognizing his years of volunteer work at UNLV.
